ADVOCACY
Psilocybin is medicine, and patients deserve safe, equitable, legal and timely access.
Canadians are being denied psilocybin medicine because of outdated, unnecessary and unconstitutional laws which violate their Charter rights. Patients are taking the government to court, and organizations such as TheraPsil are supporting them every step of the way.
Patients in medical need of psilocybin therapy are having their Section 7 Charter rights violated due to inadequate access. This urgently needs to change.
TheraPsil NPO is actively supporting six Canadian patients in a Charter challenge against the Federal government, advocating for timely access to their medicine.
